About this Event
Free EventJoin us for a celebration of Loving Day which is June 12th, Loving day observes the anniversary of the 1967 United States Supreme Court decision Loving v. Virginia which struck down the miscegenation laws remaining in 16 states barring interracial marriage. their amazing story, strength, and courage is an inspiration around the world for all people but especially highlights the struggle and fight for interracial couples and biracial and mixed children. We will be hosting a conversation on what it looks like to be in an interracial relationship now and the product of many of these relationships are biracial children and how they navigate the world with their two differing identities. We invite you to either join us virtually or come down to the DICE lounge for popcorn, snacks, and great company. We hope to see you there!
