Radical Self-Care for Community Organizers: Nurturing Your Mind, Body, and Soul

Join Dr. LaDarius Thompson, Director of our Queens Center for Academic Community Engagement and Elizabeth Rogers,  Associate Director of Interpersonal Violence Prevention at Queens, for a transformative workshop on Radical Self-Care: Nurturing Your Mind, Body, and Soul. In our fast-paced world, taking care of ourselves often gets pushed to the bottom of our priority list. But it's time to change that! Embrace radical self-care as a revolutionary act of self-love and discover the ripple effects it can have on your relationships, work, and overall well-being. Leave this workshop feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and equipped with the tools to make self-care a priority in your life and reclaim your joy.

This event is sponsored by the Stan Greenspon Holocaust and Social Justice Education Center at Queens.
