The Department of World Languages and the Spanish Honor Society (Sigma Delta Pi), in partnership with El Comité de Fiestas Patrias y Tradiciones de Charlotte (CFTC), will celebrate Spanish Language Day (El día del idioma) in Ketner Auditorium on Friday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m. This cultural event is a unique opportunity to hear from a variety of speakers representing different Spanish-speaking countries across the globe. This diverse group of linguists, journalists, business professionals, and Spanish teachers will provide engaging insights related to the use of Spanish in their respective nations. This will be the eighth year that Fiestas Patrias and Queens University have celebrated Spanish Language Day in Charlotte. All are welcome to attend!
