Art Exhibition: "The Faces of Colombia - The Invisible Communities"

Presenting works by award-winning and published-artist Donna Slade, the paintings created for this exhibition show the faces, communities and children of activists in Colombia. The exhibition is a way to illuminate their struggles, highlight their own dignity and show our solidarity with their peace movements. The voices of these individuals remain unheard in their country. Change will only come from the outcry for justice from other more fortunate citizens and countries. The exhibition encourages others to recognize the interconnectedness of struggles for racial justice across the globe.
