The founder of the website Trax on the Trail and author of Tracks on the Trail: Popular Music, Race, and the US Presidency, she will discuss musical engagement and the articulation of racial identities in the campaigns of Ben Carson, Kamala Harris, and Vivek Ramaswamy.
